Our studio (approx. 40 m²) features a living area with a double bed, a fully equipped kitchenette, a sitting area with a dining table, flat-screen satellite TV, stereo system, Wi-Fi, and a separate bathroom with bath/shower, bidet, and WC. In front of and behind the studio, there are terraces with chairs, sun loungers, tables, and a gas grill. The private parking space with an electric vehicle (EV) charging station is located directly next to the studio.
